While in this program, your Consultant will collaborate with you to do what it takes to secure employment. From creating a resume and cover letter, applying for jobs and practicing for interviews to assisting in follow up after a job offer. Often, individuals report the most stress on the job in their first 90 days. During this time of learning a new role you may realize a need for additional “coaching” to learn the job. A Consultant can walk you through the onboarding process and provide support during the beginning of your job. Consultants are available to coach on or off the job and to connect with your employer in person, via phone or email to see how work is going and if there are areas for improvement.
