Lindsey Cornell brings over 20 years of experience helping individuals achieve personal and professional growth. With a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a Minor in Human Relations from St. Cloud State University, she is also a licensed Social Worker in the State of Minnesota.
Lindsey has guided more than 800 clients through career transitions, business development, and personal goal setting. Her coaching style is grounded in active listening and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. She excels at helping clients uncover their strengths and align their past experiences with future aspirations—whether in work, wellness, or life.
With a background in workforce development and team leadership, Lindsey understands the dynamics of hiring, onboarding, and building effective teams. Her management experience enhances her ability to guide individuals in clarifying their direction, building confidence, and navigating key transitions in both their personal and professional lives.
Rooted in her early exposure to the disability community, Lindsey is a passionate advocate for inclusive coaching.
